Becoming a member is simple! Please print and complete the application form above and mail the form with a check for your total ACHS annual dues to the Albany County Treasurer at:

Albany County Historical Society, P.O. Box 2303, Laramie, WY 82073.

Or bring your form & payment to our next meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (September thru May).

Checks should be made out to Albany County Historical Society.

ACHS annual membership dues are $5.00 for single membership or $8.00 for joint membership.

Our ACHS Treasurer will add you to our ACHS membership list and ensure that you are on the email list to receive notification of ACHS meetings/events.

The ACHS is a nonprofit, membership-driven organization. Your annual dues support ACHS in planning, promoting, and sponsoring educational programs on historical subjects pertaining to Albany County and to Wyoming.

We hold monthly meetings during September through May – and sometimes other months – with  interesting programs focused on history related to Albany County and Wyoming.

Your dues also support ACHS in collecting source materials and other historical data pertaining to the early history peculiar to Albany County and nearby areas. Our goal as an organization is to encourage our members and other local residents to do research, author articles and reports and accomplish publication of the same.
